Introduction
GATE is an advanced opensource software developed by the international OpenGATE collaboration and dedicated to numerical simulations in medical imaging and radiotherapy. GATE is based on the Geant4 toolkit.
Installed version(s)
The following versions are installed and currently available...
...on environment hpc-env/6.4:
- GATE/8.0-intel-2018a-Python-2.7.14
...on environment hpc-env/8.3:
- GATE/9.0-foss-2019b-Python-3.7.4
- GATE/9.0-fosscuda-2019b-Python-3.7.4
Loading / Using GATE
To load the desired version of the module, use the command, e.g.
module load hpc-env/8.3 module load GATE
Always remember: this command is case sensitive!
Please notice that only the modules based on fosscuda can make use of our GPU nodes.
