Introduction
Lumpy is a probabilistic framework for structural variant discovery.
Installed version
Since there is no official versioning of lumpy, the installed version is called 0.1.
Using Lumpy on the HPC cluster
If you want to use Lumpy on the HPC cluster, you have to load the module first. You can do that with the command
module load Lumpy
Since there is only one version of Lumpy installed, its not necessary to specify a version.
