If you want to find out more about FSL on the HPC Cluster, you can use the command

 module spider FSL

This will show you basic informations e.g. a short description and the currently installed version.

To load the desired version of the module, use the command, e.g.

 module load hpc-env/6.4
 module load FSL

Always remember: this command is case sensitive!


The module '''FSL/6.0.4-fosscuda-2019b-EDDY''' is similar to the ''6.0.4'' version, but comes with an additional tool which can be called with the command <tt>eddy_cuda</tt> after loading the module. Without any additional arguments the tool will print the help output which explains the usage options.
